REAL ESTATE IN NIGERIA IS A GOLD MINE... High Chief Dr. Ikem Osita Nwabueze CEO, Kemchuta Homes Ltd.

Nigeria's growing housing deficit currently estimated at about 20 million, makes the sector attractive to both local and international investors. This is the view of High Chief Dr. Ikem Osita Nwabueze CEO Kemchuta Homes Limited, whose firm has helped over 1500 ordinary NIGERIANS become Landlords in Lagos.

Please sir, kindly tell us about yourself?

My Name is High Chief Dr. Ikem Osita Nwabueze, a proud native of Ogidi in Anambra State. I am also a strong believer and crusader of equality, justice, excellence and posterity, these are the factors that fuels my every day endeavors.

What are the aims and purpose of establishing Kemchuta Homes Limited and how are you affecting the real estate sector in Nigeria in that regard?

As a person driven by principles such as equality, excellence and posterity, when I witness disadvantage people lacking basic amenities of life such as shelter, it breaks my heart. Research shows that Nigeria our nation is facing a housing deficit, and I said to myself I would make a difference, and screw business as usual - according to Richard Branson of Virgin Atlantic Airlines.

I developed a strategy of setting up a business that allows people to become a landlord at an affordable price and paying at their convenience at over 12 - 36 months respectively. But I also realized that there are persons with no means including education to stand advantage, or means of acquiring landed properties or building houses, so I came up with the strategy of real estate marketing that could help people earn life changing wages for referring real estate investors.

"To the glory of God alone, I have succeeded in empowering over 5000 Nigerians to be self employed and beneficiaries who earn over N500,000 Monthly and the records are verifiable, and again to the glory of God alone, over 1500 Nigerians are now Land owners."

You were recently bestowed with an honorary doctorate degree by the European-American University, Panama, how do you feel about this?

There is an Instagram user with the name Kathrin Zenkina - if I am not mistaken, she said and I quote “There are people who are watching you & they are watching you because YOU are their inspiration! You are their light in the dark. You are their GPS system on their path to their goals. They look up to YOU. And you might not even know it. But that doesn’t mean they don’t exist".

The silent supporters are the most powerful ones. I see this doctorate degree from the European-American University as a way the universe is encouraging me to press on with the good work. To God almighty, I am eternally grateful, to my family thank you through thick and thin, it gets really tough sometimes I am only human, to my silent supporters thank you for recognizing my little contribution to make this world a better place, and to European-American university thank you for listening to the people who nominated me for such prestigious honour..

Kemchuta is moving up very fast in the Real Estate world, tell us, what is the company doing right?

Real estate is a tough line of business, this is common Knowledge, but against all odds we try to give our partners and investors reward for their hard earned money.

"As the chief Executive officer I go over and beyond to foster hope on everyone that encounters Kemchuta Homes Ltd that they too can be a Landlord in their lifetime."

Tell us about some of your unique products

Every Kemchuta Homes Ltd real estate products are unique, because every project we embark on we as a brand consider our clientele and investors first, and carefully we have ensured and certified that all our projects have potentials to reward investors with maximum returns on investments, the locations of our projects are carefully chosen, bearing in mind purpose and the future.

What are the assurance you are giving to those who will love to buy properties from you and other would-be-clients?

Our guarantee to our investors and clientele is that, they should be rest assured they will get maximum value for their investment, we go all the way out to bridge every sort of eventualities but like they say “NO MAN IS GOD” but even at that...

we guarantee to walk side-by-side with our clients till they get the rewards due to them, they have trust us with their sweat and blood, our duty is to put smiles on their face for that, there is never a sad story with Kemchuta Homes Limited go and verify.

As at the time of this interview, we have over ten Estates, Laverna Gardens Estate, Kingsville Phase 1 & 2, Kingsville Annex, Kings Ocean view Estate, Queens Ocean view Estate, Northland City Estate, Elegant Homes Estate, Twins City Estate Phase 1 & 2, KHL Founders Estate, and more.

From your experience, what are the most challenging aspects of being a real estate developer in Nigeria?

The truth is heavy, but we must say it just as it is, The most challenging aspects of being a real estate developer, is Government bottle-necks and bureaucracies , processing title documents such as C-of-O’s takes ages, getting building approvals and other approvals takes ages, resolving land disputes takes ages, and investors understanding this pertinent issues, and lastly funding.

what is your opinion on the growing housing deficit in Nigeria currently estimated at over 20milliion?

Look at the developed nations from the spectrum of industries, Technology, commerce, you name it, it has never been achievable by just the government alone, private investors must come onboard to tackle this issues.

" I always sound it to people that to every problem, there is an opportunity in disguise, the housing deficit in Nigeria is a big opportunity for private investors and governments, that is all I can say. "

Think about it, among the basic needs of man reviewed by NASA is Food, water, air and shelter, regardless of circumstances man must need this things listed.

Do you think the governments, developers and mortgage institutions are doing enough to tackle housing issues in Nigeria?

We appreciate the government No doubt, the government is doing their best, but until everyone is free, no one is free. The government can still do more.

What’s your forecast on the housing situation in Lagos by
2050?

If posterity is in anyway a predictor of the future, and if we consider for instance the level of infrastructural development and the influx of foreign investors between 1979 to 1983 that Lateef Jakande ruled Lagos state and then we consider the developments in Lagos state as we know it today and then we consider 30 years from now, considering the housing potentials of Lagos state, all I can say is that the real estate industry is a goldmine for real estate investors, ranging from land banking to housing, but it is imperative the government get things right.

As an experienced realtor which three locations in Nigeria will you advise your client to invest in view of the highest ROI in nearest future?

That will be Lagos, Anambra, and Abuja Thank you.

RT-HON WASIU SANNI ESHILOKUN: Trajectory of A People Servant

As he looks ahead to the forthcoming Senatorial election, the Deputy Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly and APC Senatorial candidate for Lagos Central, Rt-Hon Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun, exudes the confidence of a man who has the backing of his people and he sure does, going by his antecedent in public service and philanthropy.

In this cover page Story, Lekki People Magazine shines the spotlight on the man who is, unarguably, one of the most loved personalities in Lagos politics.

Story by Abayomi Ojo Daniel and Khadijat Olarewaju LEKKI PEOPLE MAGAZINE.

Thomas Woodrow Wilson, an academic and the 28th president of the United States of America, said that, "There is no greater service than to work for the Commons t good."

This wise saying can be fittingly used to describe the career and personality of Rt-Hon Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun, who is a loyal party man, philanthropist, astute grass root mobilizer, equal rights advocate and public servant, whose trajectory of Selfless service is laced with many visible fruits and honours.

Who is The Man…

"I’m your next door neighbour; I’m the man you can meet daily on your streets and engage in constructive discussion. I’m one of you, I relate with you, I eat and dine with you." - Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun.

It is a known fact that the greatest of all leaders comes from among the people and also shares their experiences and knows how best to serve them. To those conversant with the politics and life of Lagos Island, Rt-Hon Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun is a household name, one that has risen from the rank and file of the masses, above seemingly insurmountable obstacles, to become a widely loved leader who is well respected for his unflinching will to sacrifice personal gains for the general good.

He is also regarded by many as a down-to-earth leader who mingles closely with his constituency, therefore, when he describes himself as " one of you", it is clearly understood. He was born and bred here and has been mobilizing his community's support for good governance since the days of NADECO.

Early Years

Born into the Eshilokun Royal dynasty in Lagos state, Rt-Hon Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun grew up on the streets of Lagos-Island and the surrounding environs.

As a young chap, his innate urge to serve the greater good was already at the fore of his characters with a special inclination to organizing and lead his mates towards achieving positive goals. Hence, it was no surprise that he served as Head boy during his primary school days and as the library prefect while in secondary school. He also went ahead to become a prominent member of the SUG government as an undergraduate.

"Ever since these humble beginnings, fate has so continued to ginger his leadership guts, bringing him across greater opportunities to serve his people and to prove his" mettle."

Rt-HonWasiu Sanni Eshinlokun began his legislative career when he won a seat to represent Lagos Island constituency 1 at the Lagos state House of Assembly between 1999 and 2003. Thereafter, he served as the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Legislative and Political Matters between 2003 and 2007, before resigning to pursue his election to the Chairmanship position of Lagos Island Local Government Council which he won with a wide margin and was also reelected in 2011. Notably, his fame became more prominent during his tenure as the Chairman of the Lagos Island Local Government Area between 2008-2014, where he distinguished himself with his free education policy, free health care projects and the encompassing solutions he delivered to alleviate the sufferings of the common people including the youths and the elderly. Through his effort many poor families in Lagos Island were able to send their wards to school either on full or partial scholarships.

After his tenure as the Chairmanp of Lagos Island, he went ahead to serve the people in different capacities before he was elected as the pioneer state secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, 2014. He later resigned from his position as the party Secretary to contest for his old legislative seat (Lagos Island Constituency 1) and he won again with a large margin.

Owing to his wide influence and experience, it was glaring to pundits that Rt-Hon Wasiu Sanni's return to the legislative chamber was to vie for the speakership position, an intention which was soon made public, but could not be actualized largely due to legal constraints. Nevertheless, he was not a man to count scores and lay the siege of grudges, he settled for the position of the deputy Speaker and has continued to give maximum support to the common goal.

"Notably, from his days as a passionate school teacher when he delights in helping young lads build dreams, to his days as a ward leader for the defunct SDP, to when he became a member of the Lagos state house of Assembly, local government chairman and deputy speaker, he has been able to build a reputation for himself as a selfless servant, an accessible leader, a trustworthy team player and one whose words are his bonds."

The Man of Pedigree

Unarguably the most experienced and most qualified candidate jostling for the honor to represent Lagos Central Senatorial district at the National Assembly come 2023, Rt-Hon. Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun's emergence as the winner of the APC Senatorial ticket for Lagos Central is a mark of honour and confidence reposed on him by his party and the delegates who voted massively for him at the primaries where he defeated a former federal minister and other political bigwigs. The victory also accentuate the simple facts that he has the capacity both in Education and Experience - to deliver on the mandate. An articulate debater, vocal and logically mind-blowing in his arguments, Rt-Hon Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun is one who holds formal education in very high esteem. As he ensures that his constituency gets more, he also aspired and attained new heights in his quest for the golden fleece. Following his first degree in 1988, which was in agriculture, as a member of the Lagos State House of assembly, he had gone ahead to hone his Leadership and governance skills, bagging several certifications in the process. He did his Msc in International Law and Diplomacy at the University of Lagos, graduating as one of the best students, and thereafter proceeded to the Prestigious Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University, where he earned a Certificate in Driving Government Performance. To further sharpen his Negotiating skills, he went to study at the Harvard Law School, Harvard University, where heearned another Certificate in Negotiation and Leadership.

He is one of the few Nigerian

legislators who have had the honour and privilege of attending plenary sessions of the US Congress, travelling across nine states in the United States of America, to understudy and do a comparative analysis of the American legislature and that of Nigeria. He also participated in several other legislative trainings and workshops, making him one of the most experienced legislators to be seen at the Nigerian Senate come 2023.

Wasiu Eshilokun Sanni Scholarship Award

As a leader who believes that proper education is the key to solving most societal problems, Rt-Hon Wasiu Eshilokun Sanni has held nothing back in promoting adequate education for his constituency. His annual scholarship award was started about a decade ago to assist struggling students in his constituency. By 2022, the scholarship has reached out to over 500 students across several higher institutions, regardless of religious creed or ethnicity. This is also one of the reasons he's so loved by many.

The Family Man

A man's ability to lead the majority is first tested by how well he leads his immediate family, therefore a man without a family has not much to lose and cannot be trusted with great responsibility. Rt-Hon Wasiu Eshilokun Sanni counts himself highly favoured to be married to Alhaja Olamide Bilikisu Sanni who he described as a home builder and the one who keep the family running during his busy schedules. They have been happily married for over two decades, with three children who are also doing well according to their father's good precept of proper education. Their first child Azeezat Sanni is a medical doctor who currently practices in the UK.

EXPLOITED, IMPREGNATED, INFECTED TO NOW EMPOWERING NATIONS ON THE GLOBAL STAGE. Exclusive interview with Canadian Supermodel Nini Amerlise

Multiple-Award winning super model, Nini Amerlise,
is a lady with much candour and grace. Her dazzling countenance has lighten major modelling campaigns, and TV ads, including magazines like american & italian vogue, glamour mag, nbc, glam africa, ctv, mens health magazine, abc, fox news, amongst others. She has been on the cover of 15 international magazines, and she is a TV presenter for Travel Africa Network. In this exclusive interview with Lekki People Magazine, Nini Amerlise speak on what it was like growing up in Canada, her first visit to Africa and the beauty routine that helps keep her beauty intact.

1. What was your opinion of Nigeria, Lagos, Lekki, before your visit and how does it compare to the realities you discovered during your stay?

Ans: Lagos, Nigeria has always been on my radar growing up! Although born and raised in Canada, my dad was a man from the Ashanti tribe of Ghana. That discovery was noted in my early teenage years, as my father died when I was 13, and wasn’t married into my family. Nonetheless that didn't stop Gods plan for the exploration of my african roots.

At 13 I met my first Nigerian friend. When I went to high school from the ages of 14-17 I was submerged into the culture, food and music. So vibrant, with depth, there was a sense of connection.

When I graduated from post secondary, university life - I began my venture into the modeling world.

"I have yet to share with you all how rejected and bullied I was for looking like a beautiful African woman , with west african features while growing up in my younger days, by those who were predominantly Caucasian."

Rejected and physically beaten for my hair, nose, lips, butt, my creativity you name it. Years later I was physically taken advantage of forcefully, I Was infected, pregnant, I was broken. Once I entered the modelling world God used it all as a tool to shock and inspire the world of his grace, and he started with how I saw myself.

I chose to follow the lord jesus christ my savior, he healed me and became my tangible father. Provided me with key mentors, and teachers. Then brought me to the grand stage, he positioned me with an organization called african fashion week toronto, bringing me into future discovery of my roots, developing my confidence, He has placed me in major campaigns, TV ads, magazines like american & italian vogue, glamour mag, nbc, glam africa, ctv, mens health magazine, abc, fox news, been on the cover of 15 international magazines, to becoming a TV presenter for Travel Africa Network you name it!

My favourite part was when I won supermodel Canada in 2017 as the season 1 winner, I became the first black woman in all of Canada to win a supermodel award of this caliber.

Now when the lord allowed the opportunity to finally go to west african for the first time in 2021, there was a peace in my heart, expressing the words “finally, thank you Lord”. I was suppose to go initially when I won supermodel canada in 2017 as a part of my prize, but there was an issue that prevented me to go.

Nonetheless in April of 2021, I was requested to come to nigeria for church mission, and my lodging was in lekki lagos nigeria. I knew it was divine!

When I arrived in the “ Murtala Muhammed International Airport” I was immediately immersed into the hustle and bustle. It was so unique, from bold personalities, to the beautiful fashion from head to toe. You knew you were in a place that says “ we're here to do business” .

Once I was escorted into my destination and experienced my first day, I was so engrossed, I loved the celebration I received. I enjoyed being called “ma”, the honor was profound. The food was delicious!! I am an eba and okra soup, chicken & jollof , special fried rice, meat pie kind of girl, as my husband, who is igbo-nigerian brought me further into the Nigerian delicacies when I first met him in 2018. So to have this dishes live and fresh was incredible!

I used to go to prince ebano supermarket in lekki phase 1 anytime I wanted to treat myself! I also adapted much of the pidgin phrases like “ opor opor” meaning its plenty or “You cha de catch cruise” or even “sho ti ye?” Do you understand?

I checked out many fine cuisines in lekki, “circa lagos”, “medusa lagos”, “foodies”, “black bell “ restaurant, and loved “farm city” with the beautiful view and boats while I enjoy a great dish.

Did some visuals on the ikoyi bridge for an immigration company operating out of the heart of lekki . Went to landmark beach , did a press tour - stopping by at “pulse” to teach techniques to aspiring models, chilled out at “the place” fast food if I need a quick munch.

There would be days I would dash off to cms market and bargain the best price for items I found, even went to computer village in the mainland to try to solve issues I was facing with my MacBook laptop.

lekki is a complete vibe! I saw myself in the people and the people saw

themselves in me,

"I was so excited when my then boyfriend at the time proposed on the stage in lagos with a beautiful diamond ring, while televised in church service after he performed his music from his EP. He too is in the entertainment sector as a wonderful award winning performing artist"

The proposal was so romantic and went viral, and we went to

ebony life restaurant in victoria island to celebrate with our friends shortly after the proposal which took place august 15th , 2021.

In total I was in lekki from April-October 2021

2. What aspect of Lekki Life do you find the most intriguing?

I love how business and creative driven lekki is, everywhere you go you see boutiques, Hugh end stores with the finest items. All the people you meet are those who own business or those who strive towards it . The working class mindset inspired me to continue some of my own business ventures in the region. I own a creative management firm, that develops and provides opportunities and services for talents & creative across our board globally. This is something that's a demand in Lagos, and many can easily access the platform by searching for NA Management Inc.

The goal through the company is to develop the thriving minds who join the platform, to have a powerful sense of self worth while bridging the gap between the nations to display a wholesome sense of humanity with removal of the comparison and competitive narrative often placed in the media.

The creative minds of those in lagos keep me highly innovative and open to partnerships of many kinds. With the focus to continually build up african excellence within and around the african diaspora.

3. what is your typical daily beauty routine like?

Less is more, is my daily motto . With a history of skin sensitivity , I realized the more simple my beauty routine the better.
Everyday, I wash my face with very mild soap with natural ingredients to prevent irritation or basic water.

I apply either olive oil or a light cream to keep my face hydrated. If its just an average day,

I apply simple makeup enhancements like eyebrow penciling, small application of foundation to even out the complexion and mascara.

Once I return home, I make sure to wash everything off with soap and cloth to make sure all is thoroughly removed. If wearing heavier makeup for events I use oil to remove the heavier layers of makeup and lashes.

4. How do you decide treatments, cosmetics, and skin therapies you use?

My treatments are basic, I stray away from any unnatural approaches like botox as I am still young in my twenties. I know my skin is still very adaptable and changeable with a good routine.

I tend to be drawn towards very pigmented cosmetics that even out my complexion very well, along with bold eyeshadows for outings. I believe I should represent myself as a Queen as all women are made to be. Striking, elegant with class.

Vegan and organic cosmetics are hard to come by , however when I do see them I purchase right away. It helps with the overall preservation of skin health , appearance and texture.

I often vouch for ladies to use mud mask or aloe for rejuvenation, if you can apply a mask atleast 2-4 times a month you will see the difference in the skin performance and luster.

5. Would you go for body augmentation and plastic surgery to maintain your good looks?

I am not against anyones decision to do plastic surgery of any kind, we are all in a journey and everyone is entitled to their own choices. However for myself,

I rather hit the gym, and try natural methods for a longer benefits, not only focusing on my external body but also interior. I feel I will have more joy knowing I worked hard to maintain a great shape with daily practices.

6. Describe your most embarrassing beauty moment. How did you react to it?

There was a time I forgot to groom my arm pits while doing a runway show, when I realized, I tried not to pose too much with rasing my arms . Surprisingly enough no one noticed and I was so celebrated after the show by the crowd regarding how fierce and elegant I was. Yet no one knew how much stress and anxiety I was going through at the moment.

7. Who are your favourite designers in shoes, cologne, handbags and other women's accessories?

I AM A CHANEL WOMAN, all things Chanel is my go to. As the brand represents class, elegance, timeless beauty and integrity. In lesser words, thats a simplified description of what its means to be a Queen.

8. As a leading global fashion-trendsetter, how do you keep up with the latest styles and fashion trends?

"Absolutely not! I make trends, as fashion to me is like telling your own story to the world."
Although, I love chanel I embrace the motto more than the items itself. I merge my personality, my journey and pieces of my culture into how I dress. I love colour, I love unique pieces and design! I enjoy patterns, solids and texture. When merged together it becomes my own masterpiece of expression.

9. Generally speaking, what inspires your choice of clothing, and your uniqueness?

My mother is a fashionista, she laid the foundation. When I was little, she would travel the world and I would see her come home with the most eloquent looks! Very regal , millionaire esthetics . She is also a seamstress so anything she envisioned she would create, which also inspired my eldest sister to follow in the same foot steps as a wonderful designer who also had her share of experience as a model. While growing up, my family adorned me with clothes which led to the attraction of the bullies I had, producing much jealousy.

When I became a model I found my place of expression, and what was rejected and considered strange to my peers, now was celebrated. At this point in my life, I am also in the works of developing my own fashion line, something very regal , affordable and highly innovative yet creative. Do stay tuned, as I can't wait to share in the near future!

10. What, in your opinion, is the most important quality that defines beauty?

"Beauty comes from knowing who you are and who it is you are. It's not an external force, it is completely internal. Once incubated it radiates on the outside, unexplainable to many who witness it."

Beauty is a representation and expression of love. When you know the God of the universe that created you, and why he made you , that revelation becomes tangible , you begin to see yourself through the lenses of the creator.

Healing takes place from the very core of you. Once you can love yourself, you then can love others, with a beautiful heart posture of grace towards all whom you meet. Receiving others with love and acceptance, that in itself is a test of your character. As we cultivate great seeds of wonderful character, our true beauty always shines, and shines very radiantly.

In close, I want to encourage all the kings and Queens who read this. Continue to walk with purpose

and rise to your destiny"

The Management of SKI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL, has condemned the recent misrepresentation of facts by one Mr Shedrack Adeoba, as  malicious with intentions to damage its hard earned reputation as the leading hotel in that axis.

In a viral post which was being peddled by the said Mr Adeoba Shedrack, he made unfounded and damaging insinuations  against SKI HOTELS, despite having the knowledge that it was a lie. Read  Mr Adeoba Shedrack defamation below, followed by SKI HOTELS RESPONSE.

SKI HOTEL Response:

CORRECTING THE FALSEHOOD AGAINST SKI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL, LEKKI

SKI International Hotel, situated in Bogije, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, is a reputable Hospitality Organization with world class hotel facilities.

Our attention has been drawn to a malicious publication against SKI International Hotel, Lekki, being circulated on social media and authored by one Mr. Adeoba Shedrach; a one-night guest who stayed in our hotel at Bogije, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, on the 11th of April, 2022.

The Management of SKI International Hotel, Ibeju-Lekkki, Lagos is very surprised that a simple incident of mistaken room identity by another guest, which was promptly addressed and resolved, was maliciously used as a tool for defaming our esteemed hotel, in an attempt to tarnish the reputation which we have built with the highest level of hoteling services over the years.

The use of the social media comes with high responsibilies and they are not for the purposes of spreading falsehood, malice, running down the business of fellow citizens and causing damages to hard earned respect and reputation of others as being perpetrated by Mr. Adeoba Shedrach.

To set the records right: At about 12 midnight on Monday, April 11, 2022, Mr. Adeoba Shedrack, booked into two rooms in our hotel with some accompanying persons.  At precisely 1:47 A.M., he called to say that there has been a knock on the door of his room and that the person said he was coming from the reception. According to him, he did not open the door. Mr. Adeoba said that he immediately called the receptionist who said that she was not aware of the development. Furthermore, Mr. Adeoba called the contact phone numbers provided by the hotel for enquiries, which was promptly answered inspite of the fact that it was very late into the night.

Upon the complaint by Mr. Adeoba, SKI International Hotel swung into action immediately, and through a remote online review of our CCTV footage, was able to identify that a guest had knocked on Mr. Adeoba’s door.

When the guest was questioned, he said that having gone down from his floor to look for a phone charger at the reception, he came back up and knocked on the door of Mr. Adeoba’s room; thinking that it was his room because they were at about the same location, but at different floors; he mistook the floor for his. He also added  that he was expecting his partner, who was in the room, to open the door for him but when a strange voice answered him, he walked away, knowing that he has knocked on a wrong door (we have the CCTV footage).

The hotel management, being aware of the current security situation in the country, did not leave the matter at that but went further and immediately embarked on full scale security check in and around the hotel premises; but there was no apparent threat. Our security personnel who were on duty were all mobilized on this task.

To allay Mr. Adeoba’s apprehension, we deployed one of the security personnel to mount guard PERMANENTLY in front of Mr. Adeoba’s door till break of day (Mr. Shedrack Adeoba acknowledged this).

While we understand the security apprehension in the country, it is unfair to blackmail a fellow citizen or business with insinuations that cause harm to their good image and integrity among members of the public. Despite all our efforts to assuage the concerns of Mr. Shedrach Adeoba, and having resolved his complaints, we were shocked to see the falsehood authored by him in the social media.

We hereby emphatically state that the insecurity insinuated in the message against SKI International Hotel, Bogije, Lagos, is false. It is also very clear that Mr. Adeoba was out to deliberately tarnish our image when he stated in a video he circulated that the hotel was dark and CCTV not working. It is strange how a guest could just conclude that our CCTV was not working. As evident in the CCTV footage we have, it is clear that our lighting and CCTV are efficiently working as against his statement (all CCTV footages for that night are available).

Mr Adeoba also insinuated that he and his team were the only guests in the hotel for the night. That was a blatant lie as can be inferred from the foregoing explanations and the available CCTV footages.

We call on our esteemed customers and the general public to, kindly, disregard the harmful publication against SKI International Hotel, Bogije, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.

Being a responsible and responsive organization which continuously hosts many guests and events, we assure our customers and the general public of our firm commitment to continue to render topnotch professional hospitality services at all times.

God bless Nigeria!
